Our Spring session will begin the week of Aprul 29th & will run for 8 weeks, ending on June 22nd!

Day Camps ✨

Our camps are jam packed with fun, fitness & friendships!

Our campers play large and small group games, create daily crafts, they will have structured gymnastics instruction and free play on the equipment with our certified coaches.

PD Day Camps are currently open for registration for April 8th, 2024

March Break Camp is currently full – Call or email to be added to the waitlist!

Summer Camp Registration will open on March 13th!

Competitive

For athletes looking for greater challenges and skill development we offer compulsory Provincial Men’s, Women’s Artistic and Rhythmic competitive teams ages 6+. Competitive gymnastics is by invitation.

Our Facility

Our gym moved to our existing facility in 2017 with 22,000 sq ft of space for gymnastics.

We are located in the heart of the Niagara region at 333 Ontario St. St Catharines. Our facility boasts 2 trampolines, a foam pit, uneven and parallel bars, balance beams, large climbing ropes, a fantastic rock wall for climbing, a spring floor with tumbling equipment and more!

It is a fantastic facility that will continue to improve to ensure the best possible gymnastics experience.
